To the mamas who think starting feels impossible, allow me to open your eyes to your own potential. I didn’t start this business with a five-year plan. I started it somewhere between postpartum brain fog and a deep desire for more. More freedom. More energy. More me. I was a mom of three, working a 9-to-5, and figuring out how to be everything to everyone while secretly wondering if I’d ever feel like myself again. I remember doom scrolling one night, avoiding sleep as it led to another day of leaving my babies for the dreaded 9-5 commute, thinking: There has to be another way to live. That was the beginning. Not a perfectly lit moment of clarity—just a whisper that said, “You’re made for more.”
I didn’t have a business degree or a huge following. I started a new Instagram from scratch with nothing but heart, hustle, and a slightly overused Canva app. I didn’t know how to sell. I barely knew how to show up. But I believed if she could do it, so could I. I took course after course, I showed up on days I wanted to quit, I failed countlessly, I restarted, I wished it was easier, I asked for help & I tried every monetizable option out there. in the midst of it all I began to focus on feeling better from the inside out—mentally, emotionally, physically—and I wanted other women to feel that too. I juggled Zoom calls on lunch breaks, created content during naptime, listened to every Ed Mylett podcast out there-- It wasn’t glamorous—but it was mine. Every late-night post, every “why not me?” moment—it added up.
After months of building in the cracks of my day, something shifted. I stopped trying to “do it right” and started doing it my way—authentic, honest, aligned. I showed up not just as a coach or wellness girl, but as a real mom, building a business with babies on her hip and bold dreams in her heart. Slowly but surely, the business grew. The confidence grew. And then—so did the clarity. I didn’t want to balance two lives anymore. I wanted to live one life that lit me up. So I did it. I left my 9-to-5 to pursue my business full time—and I’ve never looked back.
I do this for the woman who feels like she lost herself somewhere between motherhood, marriage, and keeping up with the world’s expectations. I do this because I was her. I believe wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s the foundation. When you feel good, you show up different. You lead different. You live different. Today, I encourage women to come home to themselves, to build with belief, and to brand their magic in a way that feels real. Because confidence doesn’t come from hitting a goal—it comes from becoming the woman who believed she could. And you can too.
